We are recruiting for our client, a newly launched women's clothing textile industry company based in Casablanca, for a brand manager.


Missions

  • Carry out a market analysis (field information, external studies);

  • Participate in close collaboration with the creative team in the development of a women's clothing line (ready-to-wear brand with a Moroccan touch) from design to market availability; Collect and analyze pre-launch product information related to the market (new collections, customer behavior, competition, trends, etc.);

  • Monitor the consistency and homogeneity of the brand image;

  • Produce and offer concepts - brand products adapted to the Brand;

  • Design commercial action plans and promotional campaigns;

  • Establish the key elements of the marketing strategy;

  • Produce and/or purchase the necessary marketing tools (website, social networks, signage, etc.)


Criteria

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fashion or luxury clothing sector ( preferably women's );

  • Textile/clothing training is highly desirable;

  • Good interpersonal skills, ensuring coordination between the various internal departments (management, creation, communication, marketing and sales, etc.) and external departments (suppliers, advertisers, influencers, etc.);

  • Good communication skills, you will be a key contact at national and international fashion events;

  • A strong sense of organization and priority management;
